RETURNS

Each piece is made by hand per order, so please try to get your correct size before ordering. Order a ring sizer here to know your exact size or use the size guide here.

We happily accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of your order. Costs of shipping the return are at the expense of the customer. Please send us an email or fill out the form on this page to get the process started before shipping the item back.

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES

Damaged or Faulty Items

If for some reason an item is faulty and not damaged from normal wear and tear, we will gladly replace or repair it at our cost. Please send us an email or fill out the form on this page immediately upon receiving the faulty item so we can start the replacement/return process. 

Other Exchanges

Each case is different and will be handled accordingly. We’ll do our best to help out and get you set up with something you’ll love. Please send us an email or fill out the form on this page so we can figure something out. Once your exchange is approved you will be issued with a discount code for the amount you spent once the item is received. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Brethren cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so please get a tracking number and package the item securely. Please do not send an item back until you’ve reached out via email or by filling out the form on this page.
